    Abstract
Today, public awareness about the benefits of using ontologies in information processing and the semantic web has increased. Since ontologies are useful in various applications, many large ontologies have been developed so far. But various areas like publication, maintenance, validation, processing, and security policies need further research. One way to better tackle these areas is to partition large ontologies into sub partitions. In this paper, we present a new method to partition large ontologies. For the proposed method, three steps are required: (1) transforming an ontology to a weighted graph, (2) partitioning the graph with an algorithm which recognizes the most important concepts,...

Sustainable-Resilient Supplier Selection Through Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Approaches

    Abstract
Today, with the expansion of business relations at international levels, there are many organizations that operate in global supply chains. Activities at such levels face new types of challenges in various fields of "supply chain management" pillars, of which "supplier selection" is one of them. The possibility of unexpected events, the need to comply with environmental protection laws, as well as the need to take into account social considerations, are among the things that have increased by being in larger supply chains, making it challenging to provide the basic resources needed in such chains and forcing their managers to considering considerations other than what they have always...

Effect of Contracts on Preventing Delay in Iran's Oil and Gas Projects

    Abstract
From the past, oil and gas industry has been among important industries in Iran and a major source of the government income. Hence achieving successful projects in the industry is of great importance for the country’s development and timely completion has always been considered as one of the characteristics of a successful project. Developing oil and gas fields, as it affect all of the other projects in this industry, is construed as crucial. In this regard, from the first oil exploration in Iran, authorities have signed different types of contracts with many contractors to develop oil and gas fields. Nonetheless projects in this industry, as of the projects in the construction industry in...

    Abstract
Objective: To determine the motor-behavioral and neural correlates of putative functional common variants in the sodium-channel NaV1.8 encoding gene (SCN10A) in vivo in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). Methods: We recruited 161 patients with relapsing-onset MS and 94 demographically comparable healthy participants. All patients with MS underwent structural MRI and clinical examinations (Expanded Disability Status Scale [EDSS] and Multiple Sclerosis Functional Composite [MSFC]). Whole-brain voxel-wise and cerebellar volumetry were performed to assess differences in regional brain volumes between genotype groups. Resting-state fMRI was acquired from 62 patients with MS to evaluate...
