    In this paper a new algorithm for allocating energy and determining the optimum amount of network active power reserve capacity and the share of generating units and demand side contribution in providing reserve capacity requirements for day-ahead market is presented. In the proposed method, the optimum amount of reserve requirement is determined based on network security set by operator.     This research describes a new and relatively general method to grow well-aligned carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on cobalt-deposited stainless steel by thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of ethylenediamine precursor. The CNTs are vertically aligned at high density over large areas on the surface. Different effective parameters in growth of carbon nanotubes, as type of substrate, surface treatment, temperature of growth , feeding carbon supplies have been studied. Finally, aligned carbon nanotubes have been prepared by 100-150 nm diameter and 9µ length.     Abstract
    It has been argued that the electron-hole puddles formed on graphene are mostly due to substrate-induced charged impurities. Here, using first-principles ab initio calculations, we show that the existence of ripples and electron-hole puddles is indeed an intrinsic property of graphene at finite temperatures. We found a relatively large correlation between the electronic charge density distribution on the surface of graphene and its local geometrical properties, such as local mean curvature and average bond length.     Rhamnolipids are the most common biosurfactants and P. aeruginosa strains are the most frequently studied microorganisms for the production of rhamnolipids. Eco-friendly advantages and promising applications of rhamnolipids in various industries are the major reasons for pursuing the economic production of these biosurfactants. This study shows that cultivation of P. aeruginosa MR01 in medium contained inexpensive soybean oil refinery wastes which exhibited similar levels and homologues of rhamnolipids. For Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients, a group of rehabilitative activities, known as Lee Silverman Voice Treatment-BIG, or LSVT-BIG, have shown to be effective in improving motor performance.     Abstract
    Biosurfactant production through a fermentation process involving the biodegradation of soybean oil refining wastes was studied. Pseudomonas aeruginosa MR01 was able to produce extracellular biosurfactant when it was cultured in three soybean oil refinement wastes; acid oil, deodorizer distillate and soapstock, at different carbon to nitrogen ratios. Subsequent fermentation kinetics in the three types of waste culture were also investigated and compared with kinetic behavior in soybean oil medium.
