The harmony search algorithm is one of the latest meta-heuristic algorithms. It benefits from a number of distinguishing features such as a simple concept, few parameters and easy implementation. Combination of web services for inter-enterprise interactions and creation of a composite service which meets users requirements are novel subjects for researches on service oriented systems and process of selecting the best quality based combination is a debatable challenge at this field.
