    Abstract
    Due to the ability in producing nanostructured materials, Mechanical Alloying has gained outstanding position in comparison with other materials fabrication techniques. In this research,with different milling condition, Alloying of Ni-Ti-Ag was performed. In order tofabricating the alloy, twodifferent initial materials were employed.In one process, nickel, titanium and silver were used as raw materials, and in another, titanium hydride was used instead of titanium.Initial powders were investigated in planetary mill, SPEX mill and vibratory disc indifferent times.     Abstract
    Production of copper-zirconium amorphous alloys by mechanical alloying and the process of changing crystal structure to amorphous, was examined. The amount of progress of amorphization has been checked by x-ray analysis after different hours of milling. By increasing the percentage of zirconium in this type of alloy, the process of amorphization has been improved. But There is a limiting factor which is due to the tendency of zirconium to produce oxide and nitride phase. Also, the effect of excessive elements on crystal structure changing has been checked.     Facile synthesis of monodisperse thermally immiscible Ag-Ni alloy nanoparticles at room temperature

    Abstract
    Ag and Ni are immiscible, mainly due to their large lattice mismatch. This paper reports on their nanoscale formation of solid solution at room temperature by simple reduction reactions which lead to the amorphous Ag-Ni alloy nanoparticles (ANPs) with mono-disperse distribution. Microscopic and spectroscopic studies confirmed dependence of the alloy composition on size of nanoparticles. In the presence of different ligands such as sodium citrate, polyvinyl alcohol and potassium carbonate a mixture of silver oxide and Ag-Ni ANPs was achieved.     Crystallization Kinetics and Formation of Nano Crystals in Al-Ni-Fe-MM System and its Effect on Mechanical Properties

    Abstract
    In the present work, primary crystallization mechanism, glass forming ability, thermal stability and formation of nano Al crystals and their effects on the mechanical behavior were investigated in various Al amorphous alloy containing misch metal including Al90-xNi10-yFeyMMx (x=2-10%at, y=0-10 %at) alloys. In order to elaborate the Cu effect on the primary crystallization mechanism Al86Ni10-xCuxMM4(x=0-2/5) alloy were prepared. The results showed that in Al90-xNi10MMx (x=2-10 %at) alloying system variation of the misch metal from 2 to 10 atomic present results in increase in glass forming ability.     Amorphous lithium metal alloys (LixM, with M=Si, Ge, Sn, …) are attractive anode materials for lithium-ion batteries owing to their high energy-storage capacity and safety characteristics. However, repeated insertion of lithium often leads to chemo-mechanical degradation of the alloy, which can severely reduce the battery capacity and cycle life. Better understanding of the chemo-mechanical response of lithium alloys is needed to guide the design of damage-resistant anode microstructures.     Abstract
    Co/Cu multilayers were deposited in a sulfate solution by controlling the current and potential for the deposition of cobalt and copper layer respectively. The electrochemical behavior of these multilayers was studied by cyclic voltammetry and current transients. In addition, a mathematical analysis was used to characterize the electrodeposition system. Simultaneously, the nucleation and growth mechanisms were monitored by these techniques. In this case, the results clearly showed that electrodeposition of cobalt layers was a kinetically controlled process while the reduction of copper ions was a diffusion-control process.     Abstract
    The preparation and characterization of new heteronuclear-platinum(ii) complexes containing a 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) ligand are described. The reaction of the known starting complex [PtMe(κ2N,C-bipyO-H)(SMe2)], A, in which bipyO-H is a cyclometalated rollover 2,2'-bipyridine N-oxide, with the dppf ligand in a 2:1 ratio or an equimolar ratio led to the formation of the corresponding binuclear complex [Pt2Me2(κ2N,C-bipyO-H)2(μ-dppf)], 1, or the mononuclear complex [PtMe(κ1C-bipyO-H)(dppf)], 2, respectively.     Abstract
    The effect of the bath chemistry and operating conditions on the chemical composition, microstructure and properties of NiWmdashB alloys deposited from tartrate baths on working electrode was studied for the first time by the pulsed current method. The investigations included the measurement of the current efficiencies and determination of the tungsten content in the electrodeposits. UV spectrometry was used for characterisation of complex formation. The grain size of deposits was determined by XRD. Also, the morphology of the deposits was studied by SEM.     Abstract
    The electrochemical corrosion behavior of finemet alloy at various heat treatment temperatures was investigated. Thermal behavior and structural changes were studied using differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffractometry, respectively. The electrochemical corrosion of amorphous and annealed samples was investigated in 0.10 M NaOH solution using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and linear sweep voltammetery. Changes in morphology of the samples before and after corrosion were characterized using optical microscope.     Abstract
    Microstructural features, thermal stability and crystallization kinetics of various melt spun Al-based alloys containing transition metals (TM = Ni, Cu) and Ce-based rare earth metals (MM: Misch Metal) were investigated via X-ray diffractometry (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It is shown that the extended topological instability of Egami-Waseda model (λ criterion) is a useful tool to predict the crystallization behavior of the prepared alloys.
