    Abstract
By fabrication of several bolometric detectors on the YBCO film made of Metal-Organic Deposition (MOD) and the effect of pattering and film parameters on the optical responsivity of transition edge sensors is investigated. The low cost nonfluorine (MOD) method has been applied to fabricate YBCO thin films with different patterning parameters. The measurement results of the optical responsivity versus modulation frequency up to 100 KHz for these devices are reported

    Abstract
The effect of substrate thickness and its Debye temperature on the bolometric response of the freestanding-membrane type of superconductor transition-edge detectors is investigated. The investigation is based on the calculation of the variation of the specific heat per unit volume and the heat conductivity using the finite-size scaling method for different Debye temperatures and micron size thickness of substrate. We also calculated the heat capacity and time constant for various materials with Debye temperatures in the range of 600-1400 K. The calculated results are compared with previously reported response values obtained theoretically and experimentally for the thermal-based infrared...

    Abstract
We present a new approach for analytical modeling and calculating the response of high-Tc superconductive transition edge sensors in a wide range of modulation frequencies for different configurations of the film patterns. The method used here is based on solving the heat transfer differential equation for two different time varying heat sources, which are related to the absorbed radiated power. The used method employs two-dimensional boundary conditions for describing meander-line patterned devices. The results from the applied method are in better agreement with those obtained from the frequency response measurements of the characterized samples, than the previously developed models. In...
