    Abstract
The quality of perovskite films plays a crucial role in improving the optoelectronic properties and performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Herein, high-quality CsxFA1−xPbI3 perovskite films with different compositions (x = 0, 5, 10, and 15) are achieved by controlling the amount of cesium chloride (CsCl) in the respective FAPbI3 precursor solution. The effects of CsCl addition on the morphological and optoelectronic properties of the resulting perovskite films and on the performance of the corresponding devices are systematically studied. Introduction of CsCl into FAPbI3 shows a great potential to stabilize the α-FAPbI3 perovskite phase by forming CsxFA1−xPbI3 films with improved...

    Abstract
In this research, we investigate the effect of alkali metal cations including Li, Na and Cs in hydrothermal solution on the morphology, stability, and photoactivity of nanostructured TiO2 nanoflakes as a photoanode. The TiO2 nanoflakes are formed through hydrothermal treatment of Ti foil in 1.0 M LiOH, NaOH or CsOH at 100 °C for 3 h. By subsequent thermal reduction of the structure in an optimized Ar/H2 environment, conductive TiO2 nanoflakes were formed. The reduction treatment remarkably improves the photocurrent density of the TiO2 nanoflakes and has the highest impact on the sample treated in the NaOH alkali solution. For the nanoflakes produced in NaOH alkali solution, the bandgap is...

Green's function approach to the low temperature properties of Cs 2CuCl 4: Anisotropy effects

    , Article European Physical Journal B ; Volume 84, Issue 1 , 2011 , Pages 37-45 ; 14346028 (ISSN) Rezania, H ; Langari, A ; Sharif University of Technology
    Abstract
We have studied the effect of both axial and transverse anisotropy on the critical field and thermodynamic properties of the field induced three dimensional antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model on the frustrated hexagonal lattice for Cs 2CuCl 4 compound. The spin model is mapped to a bosonic one with the hard core repulsion constraint and the Green's function approach has been implemented to get the low energy spectrum and the corresponding thermodynamic properties. To find the critical field (B c ) we have looked for the Bose-Einstein condensation of quasi-particles (magnons) which takes place when the magnon spectrum vanishes at the ordering spiral wave vector. We have also obtained the...

Promotional effect of macrocyclization in O2Nx naphtha-aza-crown macrocyclic ligands on fluorescence chemosensing of Al(III)

    , Article Journal of Luminescence ; Volume 205 , 2019 , Pages 219-227 ; 00222313 (ISSN) Ghanbari, B ; Zarepour jevinani, M ; Sharif University of Technology
    Elsevier B.V  2019
    Abstract
Two new macrocyclic ligands Ln (L and L′) bearing two fluorophore naphthalene moieties were synthesized and characterized by employing 1H and 13C NMR, IR, microanalysis as well as mass spectrometry. Comparative studies on the effect of assorted metal cations as Cr(III), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Pb(II), Na(I), Ni(II), Co(II), Ba(II), Fe(II), Al(III), Mg(II), Cs(I), Ca(II), Hg(II), K(I), Mn(II), Ag(I), Fe(III) on fluorescence and UV–vis spectra of Ln in ethanol illustrated that both of the macrocycles were sensitive and selective fluorescence chemosensors for Al(III). Remarkable binding constant values as 1.36 × 105 M−1 and 1.15 × 105 M−1 alongside 1:1 stoichiometry for Al(III)/L and Al(III)/L′...
