    Abstract
    In this thesis, the relationships between various leadership styles and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) were examined. For this, with a qualitative perspective and using the Grounded Method as the research methodology, dominant OCBs, effective leadership styles, the relationships between leadership behaviors and OCBs, and other influencing parameters were identified. In this regard, with a preliminary feasibility study, the possibility of implementing this research was verified and then, by using twelve in-depth interviews, required information was gathered.     This research that examines bi-directional linkage between technology strategy and corporate strategy, addresses both of forward-path and backward-path linkages. In forward path, corporate strategy is the main and starting point and technology has a supporting role for firm’s corporate strategy. On this way, technology strategy is developed based on the corporate overall strategy. On the other way (backward-path), technology (or any other resource in general) is the driving force and basis for corporate strategy.     Abstract
    Quality of Experience (QoE) measures the overall quality of a service from users’ point of view by considering several system, human, and contextual factors. There exist various objective and subjective methods for QoE prediction. Although the subjective approach is more expensive and challenging than the objective approach, QoE’s level can be more accurately determined by a subjective test.
