    Abstract
    Background: Hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) is an important protein in both diagnosis and prevention of hepatitis B infection. In the current study, a piezoelectric immunosensor based on antibody-antigen interaction was designed to detect HBsAg. A quartz crystal microbalance system was employed to detect antibody-antigen interaction. Methods: At first, an oscillator was designed to measure the resonant frequency affected by the reactants using IC 74LVC1GX04. Antibody against HBsAg was immobilized on 10 MHz AT-cut quartz crystal.     Proposing a Control Strategy for Treatment of Hepatitis C Disease

    Abstract
    Due to the importance of hepatitis disease, especially hepatitis C, from public health view point, this research aims to investigate and suggest an efficient medical therapy for this disease. First, available models are analyzed and the suitable one is chosen. Three controllers namely, fixed PI, adaptive PI and exact linearization control (GLC) are designed to control the hepatitis C disease using the drug efficacy as the manipulated variabel.     Inspection of Inhibitory Effect of 5-Hydroxy-3(2H)-Pyridazinone Derivatives on Hepatitis C Virus Using Chemometric Methods

    Abstract
    The derivatives of 5-Hydroxy-3(2H)-pyridazinone show inhibitory effects on hepatitis C virus. The aim of the present work was modeling and prediction of inhibitory effects of these derivatives (Log(1/EC50)) on this disease. In this research, a data set of 119 molecules of 5-Hydroxy-3(2H)-pyridazinone derivatives that have inhibitory effect on hepatitis C virus was selected. The MLR model was generated using SPSS package. Five important descriptors were selected applying stepwise variable selection technique.     Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to propose a stable treatment strategy for hepatitis C infection by considering several practical limitations of the treatment and using control theories. First, hepatitis C disease and its transmission, diagnosis, and treatment methods have been introduced. Then, the mathematical models of hepatitis C dynamics in the body have been presented, and their ability in predicting the observed clinical behaviors of the patients has been studied.     Abstract
    Background: Combating viral hepatitis is part of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and WHO has put forth hepatitis B elimination targets in its Global Health Sector Strategy on Viral Hepatitis (WHO-GHSS) and Interim Guidance for Country Validation of Viral Hepatitis Elimination (WHO Interim Guidance). We estimated the global, regional, and national prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV), as well as mortality and disability-adjusted life-years (DALYs) due to HBV, as part of the Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study (GBD) 2019.     Viral diseases have long been among the biggest challenges for healthcare systems around the world.
