    Abstract
    Have the government financial measures during the outbreak of the COVID-19 influenced reducing the rate of the disease? To answer this question, in the present research, the effect of direct spending by governments to deal with the disease on reducing the infection rate in different countries has been estimated. This study has been carried out using a cross-sectional data bank collected from various sources of the World Bank and Oxford University.     Abstract
    Institution covers wide range of rules, laws and policies. Two bodies of literature around institutions and resource curse have evaluated institutional quality by limited indices. In addition, although different institutions have different effects on economy, the literature hasn’t classified different kinds of institution.
