    Abstract
    In this paper, an extended large wireless network, with a single transmitter-receiver pair, under the secrecy constraint is considered. In contrast to works which use idealized assumptions, a more realistic network situation with unknown eavesdroppers locations is investigated: the legitimate users only know their own Channel State Information (CSI), not the eavesdroppers CSI. Also, the network is analyzed by taking in to account the effects of both fading and path loss. Under these assumptions, a power efficient cooperative scheme, named stochastic virtual beamforming, is proposed.     Abstract
    The current sources in power transformers such as leads and windings are also sources of Eddy current losses. Due to these losses some parts of tank wall are subject to serious local overheating. It affects the safety and reliability of these expensive objects and their power delivery. There are various methods for reduction of these eddy current losses.     High voltage power supplies are widely used in telecommunication systems. To better utilize these power supplies, voltage should be stabilized at a certain level. In this application, in case of changing voltage, the desired output parameters will change, such as RF output power quality.     Hyperthermia generally means as increasing the temperature of particular region of body to rise 5 °C above the body's physiological temperature. Here, we investigate the thermal therapy of PEGylated cobalt ferrite nanoparticles prepared by hydrothermal approach on cancerous cell line in the alternative current magnetic field. To characterize of the magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs), scanning electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometer were used.     Abstract
    Increase of nonlinear loads has led to the rise of harmonic currents, voltage distortion and imbalance in power systems. IEEE Std. 1459 proposes new definitions for electric power in sinusoidal, nonsinusoidal, balanced and unbalanced conditions which can be used for compensation of nonsinusoidal and unbalanced systems. Among different definitions, IEEE Std. 1459 proposes the new concept of effective apparent power and power factor which is more related to the real losses in a power system.     Abstract
    This paper presents an improved stochastic simulation method for calculating current dependent energy losses in distribution networks. The method is based on power load curves and integrates the stochastic nature of the load curves with power and voltage covariance matrices. The method reduces calculation effort using the factor analysis of covariance matrices and provides a few quantities needed to calculate energy losses. The method has no limitation for network configuration and gives accurate results several times faster than other existing methods. In the proposed structure, FBSMs work with half of the HBSMs nominal voltage in each arm.
