    Abstract
    LetK be a biquadratic field. M.-N. Gras and F. Tanoe gave a necessary and sufficient condition that K is monogenic by using a diophantine equation of degree 4 [13]. We consider algebraic extension fields of higher degree. Let F be a Galois extension field over the rationals Q whose Galois group is 2-elementary Abelian. then we shall prove that F of degree graeter than 8, is monogenic if and only if F being field of n'th primitive root of unity under a suitable condition for the case of degree 8

    Renewable energy resources, notably wind power, are expected to provide considerable portion of the world energy requirements in the near future. Many system operators around the world are challenged by the problems associated with integrating these intermittent resources into the grid. As one of the potential solutions, demand response (DR) is expected to play a major role for mitigating integration issues of intermittent renewable energy resources. In this context, this paper proposes a DR program which helps to integrate wind power by reshaping the load of the system.     Integration of renewable energies in generation sector of power systems has caused many new issues for planners and decision makers. Therefore, new concepts such as flexibility are introduced to properly cover these problems. In this paper, a recently announced short-term flexibility product, namely, 'Flexible ramping product' (FRP) in power markets is put under investigation from different aspects. FRP is the capacity reserved to meet next upcoming five-minute net load (load minus intermittent supply) uncertainty.     Abstract
    This paper presents a reliability-based approach to select appropriate wind turbine types for a wind farm considering site-specific wind speed patterns. An actual wind farm in the northern region of Iran with the wind speed registration of one year is studied in this paper. An analytic approach based on total probability theorem is utilized in this paper to model the probabilistic behavior of both turbines' availability and wind speed.
