    Abstract
    In this paper, we consider to seek vulnerabilities and we conduct possible attacks on the crucial and essential parts of Android OSs architecture including the framework and the Android kernel layers. As a regard, we explain the Binder component of Android OS from security point of view. Then, we demonstrate how to penetrate into the Binder and control data exchange mechanism in Android OS by proposing a kernel level attack model based on the hooking method. As a result, by implementing the attack model, it is illustrated that the Android processes are detectable and the data can be extracted from any process and system calls. © 2016 IEEE

    Abstract
    The widespread use of pesticides in pest management has boosted the demands for developing highly sensitive probes for on-site monitoring. Herein we presented a sensitive enzyme-free ratiometric probe for determination of methyl parathion (MP), as an organophosphate pesticide using TGA-capped CdTe QDs and carbon dots (CDs). Unlike previous methods in which hydrolysis product of MP is instrumental in the response of the sensors, here, self-assembly of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) on the surface of non-modified yellow-emissive CdTe QDs facilitates the quenching of CTAB-QDs upon addition of MP while the fluorescence intensity of CDs remains constant.     Abstract
    The importance of tracing dopaminergic agents in the progression assessment of Parkinson's disease has boosted the demand for fast, sensitive, and real-time multi-analyte detection. Herein, visual and fingerprint fluorimetric patterns have been created by an optical sensor array to simultaneously detect and discriminate among levodopa, carbidopa, benserazide, and entacapone, as important dopaminergic agents.     Abstract
    There has been no isolated word recognition database for the Persian language so far. In this paper we introduce FarsName dataset which contains 20 thousands isolated-word Persian utterances spoken by 226 speakers from all regions of the country each saying an average of 88 Persian names. There is a total of 5235 unique names in this dataset. Various cell phone brands have been used to record this dataset. This indicates the high diversity of the utterances in this dataset. We have been able to achieve 10.34% WER on this set using Kaldi. This is a very good performance considering the recording environment have been normal and potentially noisy. © 2017 IEEE

    In the past few years, most studies have focused on smart substances that can respond to changes in the environment, as they can be appropriately applied in different fields, including biosensing, biotechnology, and drug delivery. Here, new fluorescent carbon dots (CDs) are synthesized by Terebinth by designing a simple and single-stage hydrothermal path, which facilitates the manufacture of CDs with no need for boring artificial methods, or using poisonous/costly solvents and starting substances.     In this paper, we propose an accurate visible light indoor localization system for a smartphone using the commercial light-emitting diode (LED) panels which are used primarily for lighting.
