    In this research, first of all, the main question of Heidegger and his epoch is investigated. If we read Heidegger along the tradition of German philosophy, then it is perceived that the problem of science is the most central subject matter standing against Heidegger. My question is this: how Heidegger reaches to this existential phenomenological view about science. Regarding that, by giving a coherent narration about a crucial problem called 'the crisis of science', in the first chapter I gave a short view to philosophies preceding Heidegger, some important of which is Dilthey's philosophy of life, phenomenology of Husserl, and south-west school of neo-Kantianism.     Abstract
    In this paper, we propose an information theoretic approach to fuse images compressed by compressed sensing (CS) techniques. The goal is to fuse multiple compressed images directly using measurements and reconstruct the final image only once. Since the reconstruction is the most expensive step, it would be a more economic method than separate reconstruction of each image. The proposed scheme is based on calculating the result using weighted average on the measurements of the inputs, where weights are calculated by information theoretic functions.     Abstract
    A novel information theoretic code design approach for cognitive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radars is proposed in the current paper. In the suggested solution, we consider an agile multi-antenna radar with spectral cognition and design optimized transmission codes considering practical limitations such as peak-to-average power ratio (PAR) and spectral coexistence in a spectrally crowded environment. As exact performance expressions for the detector is not analytically tractable in this case, an information theoretic approach is taken into account to design the transmission codes.     Abstract
    Hill is a classical cipher which is generally believed to be resistant against ciphertext-only attack. In this paper, by using a divide-and-conquer technique, it is first shown that Hill with d×d key matrix over Z26 can be broken with computational complexity of O(d26d), for the English language. This is much less than the only publicly known attack, i.e., the brute-force with complexity of O(d326d2). Then by using the Chinese Remainder Theorem, it is shown that the computational complexity of the proposed attack can be reduced down to O(d13d).     The hierarchical structure of real-world problems has resulted in a focus on hierarchical frameworks in the reinforcement learning paradigm.     The analytical study of microchannels has been considered as a preliminary approach to alleviate the difficulties which are normally encountered in numerical and experimental studies. Among the analytical solutions, those with high robustness and low complexities are certainly more attractive. In this work, we present a theoretical approach to predict the temperature field in micro-Poiseuille channel flow with constant wall temperature.     Attempts were made to trace the effect of organoclay (OC) on the rheological and mechanical behaviors of the low density polyethylene (LDPE)/ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) blends. To do this effectively, in addition to LDPE/EVA/OC system, pure LDPE and LDPE/EVA blends were also examined as model systems. The rheological behavior was determined by the capillary rheometer.     A new approach to evaluation of the data hiding capacity of digital video is presented in this paper. The paper reconsiders the conventional capacity estimation algorithms, in which the video signal is taken as a sequence of still images, that result in an exaggerated upper bound of hiding capacity or a much higher value than the actual embedding capacity.
