    In this paper, an optimal control framework is formed to control rotor-Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB) systems. The multi-input-multi-output non-affine model of AMBs is well established in the literature and represents a challenging problem for control design, where the design requirement is to keep the rotor at the bearing centre in the presence of external disturbances.     In this paper we present a novel approach for adjusting a multi band spectral subtraction filter coefficients based on speech recognition system results. Currently most speech enhancement techniques are designed according to various waveform level criteria such as maximizing SNR or minimizing signal error. However, the role of DNA methylation at enhancers is not fully understood, although a crosstalk with chromatin marks is expected.     Calcineurin is an essential calcium-activated serine/threonine phosphatase. The six NMR-observable methionine methyl groups in the catalytic domain of human calcineurin Aα (CNA) were assigned and used as reporters of the presence of potential cis-trans isomers in solution. Proline 84 is found in the cis conformation in most calcineurin X-ray structures, and proline 309, which is part of a highly conserved motif in phosphoprotein phosphatases, was modeled with a cis peptide bond in one of the two molecules present in the asymmetric unit of CNA.     Inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathies are a group of peripheral nerve system disorders in which immune reactions are dysregulated. Cytokines have noticeable roles in the regulation of these responses. We compared transcript levels of nine cytokine coding genes namely IL-1B, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-17A, IFN-G, TGF-B and TNF-A in the peripheral blood of patients with acute and chronic kinds of this condition (AIDP and CIDP) and healthy persons.
