    Abstract
    Distilleries wastewater is an important environmental problem due to its high BOD and COD content, and toxic materials such as phenolic compounds, and low pH. Direct and continuous discharge of this effluent to the soil reduces the quality of soil and destroys agricultural crops. In addition, its discharge to rivers and sea will seriously affect aquatic life. In order to prevent environmental hazards, a number of biological, chemical and physical methods have been introduced for treatment of this wastewater.     The increase of pollution and the expansion of industrial, agricultural wastewater and urban runoff discharges in water sources have intensified the concentration of water pollutants.     Abstract
    The paper aims at proposing a controller through two-layer neural networks (NN) in order to control CD4 amount in HIV + Patients. In the same direction, initially a new mathematical model by using of two-layer neural networks (NN) was designed. Medical information of 300 HIV + Patients who were being treated in the Iranian Research Center for HIV/AIDS (IRCHA), Imam Khomeini Hospital, Tehran, was used to design this model. Highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) medical method is a significant method that was used in this study.     A developed route to form TiO2 self cleaning coatings on polycarbonate substrates is reported. TiO2 coatings on plastics may find widespread application in auto and construction industries if possess desired photocatalytic and mechanical properties. A chemical surface treatment method was used to create hydrophilic groups on the surface. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed the treatment led to the oxidation of surface groups. TiO2 deposition was based on wet coating using an anatase sol of TiO2 nanoparticles of 30 nm size. The sol was synthesized using a sol-gel route.     In drilling oil wells a system of complex fluids and chemical additives is used. Losses of these fluids in the well during drilling or disposal of them in well site could transfer pollutants to groundwater.
