  8. Organizational learning is essential for organizations to grow and survive. Organizations can gain competitive advantage through proper organizational learning. Number of studies in this field in recent years shows the importance of this issue among practioners and academics. The first step in managing organzaitonal learning is its measurement. Organizations can be provided with solutions if an appropriate measurement tool is designed. The main question of this research is whether this tool can be designed or not so that organizational learning in organizational processes can be measured. Despite the significance of organizational learning measurement, the current studies in this field lack expected results. Hence, in this research, organizational learning literature is studied to depict measurement requirements. In the next step organizational leanring measurement literature is reviwed to find out wheter current measurement tools target those requirements or not. Based on the selected theory from the literature, three blocks are chosen for measurement: learning process, infrastructure and results. Learning is assessed in organizational processes and in three levels: individual learning, group learning and organizational learning. In other words the whole learning is measured through measurement in all its processes. Learning process as the main block in measurement was then separated into subblocks based on one of the famous models in the literature. For building the infrastructure block, the measurement literature was used. And finally change and improvment were selected as the main areas in assessing the results. The final result is a measurement tool to be used in organizational processes. This tool was then performed in a case study in measuring learning in new product development process in System Group Co. Interview, questionnaire and participant observation were used for data gathering and thematic analysis for interview data analysis. The case study showed that despite the overall learning, some disabilities are noticeable. Also there are some inconsistencies between individual and organizational learning
