  7. Abstract:
  8. These days, according to increasing requirement to the applications of clean rooms in industries in and within the developing industry of computer, positive indicators that show a real need to a compere comprehensive study and research about the Clean rooms, in oder to predict the distribution and dispersal of the particles. Correct determination of indoor airflow and particle concentration distribution results in new standard development for Clean rooms. As computational fluid dynamics has become a powerful tool for indoor airflow studies, in this research, influence of effective parameters on the flow and concentration distribution in clean rooms has been investigated by the use of CFD. The results show that the more distance between inlet and outlet vent in the room, the more efficient clean room we’ll have. Also in this research we are going to consider the effects of a moving nurse on the clean room are studied numerically. The effect of the nurse movement on the airflow pattern under diferent conditions have been studied using with moving mesh technique. The circulating nurse movement from less clean environment to ultra clean zone has been investigated under different conditions. The results show that airflow pattern in the clean rooms has been affected considerabley from the nurse movement. Recirculation zones are formed around the nurses and due to the nurse movements which are not favorable for the Clean rooms due to inducing local turbulent flow and contaminants entrainment
