Nowadays, science of nano technology has been growing quickly in the past decade. Scientists implemented this technology in bioengineering, electronics and medicine extensively. Nano scale engineering is one of the interests of researchers, nano bearing as a nano scale structure and as an important part of nano machining plays an important role in micro and nano devices.
