Main aim of this work was to obtain the harder zinc coating and increasing the anti corrosive properties by mean of adding SiO2 particles by electrophoretic method. The coating was applied on the substrate surface by mean of electro co-deposition technique in three different electrolytes ethanol, methanol and water.
