  8. Communications in organizations have been one of the most important issues. To run the business processes, the company needs communication between units and customers. We provide a tool which can be used as an aid for network designers by guiding them with a framework. The resulting QoS parameters help to provide more alignment between the network and business requirements. The framework contains values for delay, loss and availability as three QoS parameters of the network used in the business process. The organizations business processes are used as a basis for the method which used in the tool. We use UML as the tool to model the business processes in the organization and the process is modeled with UML activity, sequence and class diagrams. Next, a three-step analysis have been conducted on the models to find the specifications of the business process that analysis covers the data, actors and time domains in the business process. At the end of the analysis, a system of equations is found for the links between actors in the business process which contains relations between the data of the process and the limit time of the communication in one hand and the three QoS parameters in the other hand. By solving the system of equations, one can design the network for the business process in the organization. To evaluate the method, a case study is analyzed with the proposed method. Two business processes are selected as case study processes from a company which performs different shows and concerts for tourists. The selected process contains communication of data between the visitors and the organization. The case study demonstrates that how the proposed method is used in organizations and the results contain values of QoS parameters for the network designer. The proposed tool creates a framework for designing a network in organizations. The new network reduces the time of execution of business processes and satisfies the organization customers better than the current network. Finally, since the proposed method is built on the business processes, any change in the physical locations of the nodes and information systems that are performing tasks in the organization will not change the framework
