  8. Productivity is the effective usage of input or resources for production or output. Input (including Energy, raw materials, capital and work force), which is being used for output (including final products or services performed by an organization). Productivity, increases gross domestic product and competitiveness, and improves level of living. Firms and related management levels play the main role in improving productivity. Using productivity cycle management brings the productivity to improve as a permanent process, specifies the rout for productivity and prepares the ground. The most important step in productivity cycle (PDCA) is the measurement of productivity. In this research several models has been analyzed for measurement and fault diagnosis in organizations. At the end, according to the results of comparing models in this research and by adequate categorization of the entire domains in the sketch of the results and empowers in the organizations, EFQM model was used as the proper model for fault diagnosis. After using this model in fault diagnosis of Iran Radiator Company, seventeen faults have been diagnosed and there were some suggestions for removing the faults by using brain storming model and cause and effect charts. After weighting to the diagnosed causes and affecting the course of actions, improvement projects were prioritized for execution. Then a system was designed and executed for measurement of the process indexes in Iran Radiator Company. Considering the results, it is expected to see higher profit and productivity by using productivity cycle management system in Iran Radiator Company.
