  7. Abstract:
  8. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the linkage between two constructs about teamwork activities. One of them is "self-leadership in teamwork", the extent to which a person could control and manage his thoughts and activities in teamwork. The other is "shared leadership orientation", which is about orientation of people to contribute in leadership processes. This linkage evaluated with consideration of "self-efficacy in shared leadership" as a moderator.
Questionnaires of self-leadership in teamwork and self-efficacy in shared leadership elicited from literature with a little change and shared leadership questionnaire developed in another study by the author.Questionnaires distributed among 400 people who have teamwork experience, and 212 completed questionnaires turned back. In exploratory factor analysis for self-leadership, "positive thinking", "beliefs reassessment in challenges" and "mental imagery" in teamwork extracted. Dimensions extracted from shred leadership orientation questionnaire were contribution in "team development", "information management in team", "effective human resource management" and "team directing". Using these results, 12 hypotheses proposed and tested by multiple regressions. Finally, four relations with the presence of self-efficacy in shared leadership as a moderator and five direct relations were significant. The explanation of significant and non-significant relations discussed in relation to theories.
