  8. Method of Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation Analysis (PGNAA) is useful for controlling some massive production processes such as cement industry and mineral materials. Difficulty of other methods of analysis such as XRF comparing with PGNAA is that mass of sample is small and it doesn’t determine heterogeneity of mixture. On the other hand, need to sampling is also another problem of these analysis methods because sampling is terminated and it doesn’t supervise on production continuously, in fact its quality can’t be revealed simultaneously and there is a long time between sampling and control of process. Usually, analysis methods such as XRF are useful for processes that are controlled manually. Instead, by using PGNAA method, the product is analyzed continuously and there is no need to sample periodically. Similarly, compound of mixture is determined by producing simultaneously and in case of need, inputs of system will be controlled.
    At present, sample of primary materials and furnace nutrition are removed from conveyor line manually and hourly and transferred to laboratory in most of cement factories. At present systems, small alternative sampling is not real reagent of medium density of elements in production line. Recently, by other method, element analysis by using immediate Gama analysis is done for materials of conveyor in great volume. In this method, it is used revealer of Sodium Iodine and full spectrum analysis for analyzing gamma spectrum.
    Instant analyst system is designed by using MCNPX. In this work, it is used 80 microgram of californium and for decelerating Neutron spectrum and increasing heat Neutron flux inside the sample and as a result, more production of prompt Gamma, polyethylene plates and graphite are used under conveyor line.
    Dissymmetric considerations were considered in design of analyst and polyethylene containing Boor was used for decreasing dose of Neutron and Gama and reaching in standard amount of 1mrem/h. prompt Gamma spectrum caused by primary materials was analyzed by revealer of Sodium Iodine. Because of low resolution of revealer of Sodium Iodine and also overlapping energy of prompt gamma rays of materials, linear regression method was used. Element library related to two samples of primary materials was created and element analysis for each element was done for nine samples by method of Monte Carlo linenay least Square. The results related to elements such as iron, calcium, silicon and aluminum and also percent of error were estimated by main amount of that element
