  7. Abstract:
  8. Electrical and magnetic thin films have attracted many researchers’ attentions in random access memories, sensors, actuators and Nano electronic systems industries in recent years. Recent tendencies on decreasing the dimensions of the electronic equipment generate important investigations on coupling the electrical and magnetic properties. In this way multiferroic material as it has these two properties and has a significant between other similar materials, attracted much attention of researchers. So in this research at the first step, it has proceeded to make a multiferroc composite with depositing of barium titanate and strontium hegzaferrite by pulsed laser depositions and for decreasing of the difference of lattice parameter of between ferroelectric and ferromagnetic materials it has proceeded to deposit platinum as a layer between barium titanate and strontium hegzaferrite and also for prospering the condition of testing electrical properties. At the second steps in this research it has proceeded to investigate the phase and element properties by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and also for investigating of surface morphologies of the films by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). For investigating of optical properties of barium titanate and strontium hegzaferrite it has proceeded by transmittance optical spectroscopy and also for investigating of potential current properties of barium titanate it has proceeded by I-V test and in the most important part of this investigation it has proceeded to measuring magnetic and electromagnetic properties of this heterostructure by magneto-optic Kerr effect
