  7. Abstract:
  8. Combustion synthesis is the best and most effective method for producing ceramic nano-composites which is also a simple and economic way of producing very fine powders with high purity. In this method, a series of combustion reactions named aqueous combustion analysis are used for producing single-phase and nano-composite products ,in which the heat produced in reactions are used for completing the phase . several chemical substances such as glycine ,urea ,ammonium acetate and others are used as combustion agents. In order to obtain optimized nano fuel, we produced alumina powder with multiple combustion percentages and composition of 25%moli ammonium acetate (AA) with 75%moli urea was chosen as an optimized combustion. By using this composition and stoichiometry proportion of glycin, ceria-alumina_zirconia , nano-composites were produced by using combustion synthesis. In this study have been evaluated the effects of combustion synthesis temperature, calcination temperature ,PH and starch (as an extra fuel) on the synthesis of nano-composites. Nano composite Ce0.1Zr0.9O2-0.8Al2O3 with crystalline size of 11nm were obtained with combustion temperature of 300℃ and pH=1 by adding 15% starch as an extra fuel. In order to increase the biocompatibility of this nano-composite, hydroxyapatite have been added as an bioactive agent with mechanical grinding method. For measuring nano-composite crystalite size and type of formed phases XRD analysis have been used. For obtaining the size of synthesized powder particles and surface morphology of formed parts FESEM analysis was used
