  7. Abstract:
  8. Discovery of the Higgs boson which is pivotal to the Standard Model of elementary particles, at the LHC in the 2012, was a major breakthrough in the particle physics. Despite all theoretical elegance and all experimental confirmations, undoubtedly Standard Model is not the end of the way of Particle Physics. Standard Model defects and unanswered questions in the particle physics have led physicists to the Beyond the Standard Model theories. Among extensions of the Standard Model, the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM), due to its theoretical appeals and experimental challenges has engaged people in research in this field in all around the globe. In this thesis we have studied the Higgs-Fermions sector of the MSSM and focused on the Higgs-Fermions (SM fermions) Couplings; these couplings are determined by the parameters of the MSSM, in tree-level they are determined by the two parameters which conventionally are chose tan B and mA. radiative corrections to MSSM Higgs sector can alter these couplings significantly. We have reviewed these radiative corrections and their impact on the MSSM Higgs bosons couplings to the SM fermions. As a phenomenological consequence of these couplings on the Beyond the Standard Model Physics, We have used Monte Carlo event generators such as MadGraph5 and Pythia8 to calculate cross sections for, associated MSSM Higgs production with Heavy quarks (pp ! qq + h=H=A ! jets) . In the decoupling limit the production of the MSSM Higgs boson associated with b quarks is the dominant process and can increase significantly over the Standard Model cross section. Using these results and the restrictions on the parameters space of the MSSM Higgs Sector from the LHC data, we have tried to extract information about the Higgs-Fermion couplings in the MSSM
