During the last five decades, interest in High Speed Marine Vehicleshas been increasing for both commercial and military use, leading to newconfgurations and further development of already existing configurations to fill the gap between the low speed ships by high payload capacity to low construction cost, and high speed aircrafts by low payload capacity to high construction cost.
