  8. There are two ways for quality control testing of power transmission systems in various industries. A method of testing the specific positions of power transmission, and final testing (Automotive road tests), respectively. In various stages of design, manufacturing and quality control components, power transmission systems, require detailed information on the performance of parts. It's a special place for each transmission experiment designed and manufactured. Gearbox as an important component of the transmission of this issue is no exception. Magnetic gearbox has a new generation of power transmission systems in the last decade of the optimization is presented. In recent years, several studies have been conducted to identify the behavior of this type of gearbox. New type capable of changing the gearbox ratio on other projects in Sharif University are designed and constructed. Although adequate analysis software in the design of the gearbox done, but be sure to test the device, is designed and manufactured to comply with the analytical results to ensure. Design, construction and testing of a magnetic gearbox main objective were to test the device. Stand the test should be able to identify the behavior of the transmission when shifting. The reasons for this device with the ability to test the gearbox and somewhat higher capacities, including stand, servo motor and the driven load control system were designed and created. Preliminary experiments indicate that the device is able to provide torque and the load for magnetic gearbox testing the working conditions and other applications is desirable
