  7. Abstract:
  8. Supply chain management involves making integrated decisions by suppliers of primary materials during supply chain until consuming the product by final costumers. This procedure is made up of three main decisions: supply selection, production, and distribution. Selecting supplier is an important issue in making decisions, which consist of qualitative and quantitative factors to determine the suppliers with highest potential to provide company requirements with an acceptable cost. In this study, a retailer is considered in contact with some suppliers. The retailer is willing to purchase some goods form high potential suppliers. Each supplier has a fixed delivery time which differs from others’ and they offer various prices. Assuming shortage is allowed, the retailer wants to maximize profit by simultaneously selecting suppliers, choosing right (r,Q) politics and pricing products after purchasing them. Some constraints such as suppliers’ production capacity, goods’ storage space and purchasing budget for the retailer are considered in the model. After modeling the problem and considering the constraints, a nonlinear-mix integer programming model is proposed, using a metaheuristic and a recursive algorithm, it tries to solve and analyze the problem. In the end, these algorithms are evaluated by some numerical example. Comparing two solving methods, it is shown that on the condition of parameter certainty, the retailer can reach an optimal local solution and select proper suppliers, determine its political parameters (r,Q) and the price of the products, by employing recursive pricing algorithm in comparison with genetic algorithm, in a shorter time
