  7. Abstract:
  8. Graphene، a molecular single layer of graphite، has tremendous applications in materials science for the development of nanocomposites، tissue engineering and supercapacitors. Graphene application and its developing applications depend on its essential properties such as excellent mechanical and thermal properties. Accordingly، investigation on graphene has drawn significant attention to itself. Hence، exploitation of these important properties including the induction of graphene sheets in polymer matrix seems to be essential. In the present survey، salep، a biodegradable polysaccharide، has been used for either the reduction of graphene oxide or functionalization of graphene. Then، reduced graphene oxide and functionalized reduced graphene oxide have been used as an improving agent in the prepared polyvinyl alcohol hydrogels and films. Polyvinyl alcohol significantly is used in skin and cartilage tissue engineering. Our studies showed that the addition of this carbonic agent leads to the improvement of mechanical properties without having any negative impacts on the hydrophilic property of the considered nanocomposite. Moreover، polyvinyl alcohol which has appropriate mechanical properties could be used as a matrix for graphene in which is used for the preparation of electrodes used at supercapacitors in electronics. In addition polyvinyl alcohol is inexpensive، biodegradable and highly available and isn’t dissolved in water easily at high molecular weights. For making an electronic property various methods could be proceeded by addition of various materials for the modification of surface structure and making applicable as supercapacitors sheets
