  7. Abstract:
  8. EROI is an indicator to analyse energy productivity of a resource. EROI of Sirri operation unit is assessed in two different levels. Direct energy consumption and total associated gas are used in first and second level respectively. Two important aspects of the present research are considering environmental externalities and estimation of EROI related to outputs of multi-production systems. Also a model is introduced to identify relationship between oil price and EROI. Energy Abatement Cost is used to include environmental externalities to EROI. Thre benchmarks – price, energy and exergy content and exergy cost – are considered as a basis to for estimating EROI. Using LCA for taking into account environmental impacts has benn shown to be a useful framework for estimating EROI. The value of EROI has been found to be sensible to the smount of flared associated gas and it shows an enormous waste of energy because of flaring it. Relationship between price and EROI indicates when EROI increases, price decreases which as indication of lower shadow price due to relazation of constraints on the resources. Thre scenarios has been introduced based on NGL unit development. First level EROI is 60 and Second level EROI is 7 in No NGL scenario. First level EROI is 42 and Second level EROI is 23 in full capacity NGL scenario
