  4. Abstract:
  5. Wave propagation analysis inside a 2D rectangular room in the presence of an object is studied. Closed form Green's function of the empty room is derived and the problem is solved by implementing the Method of Moments. The Green's function is obtained by employing the Characteristic Green's Function (CGF) technique in conjunction with the Complex Images (CI) method. The proposed form is independent from location of transmitter/receiver and a single run of the procedure is sufficient to completely model the empty room. The performance of the presented method is studied in an example. © 2016 IEEE
