With the development of the oil and gas industry, identify and manage risk is also of special importance in regulating international oil contracts and has been entitled to.Risk identification is probably the hardest and most important part of the risk management process, because if the risk cannot be identified, the risk assessment and analysis coming out of the area may not be considered a measure for it.The methods used in this study the documents and library. The officials informed society and experts in the field of oil and gas industry has been selected. Survey, designed with five-point Likert. Options with very low, low, medium, high and very high respectively.In this thesis to improve the country's oil contracts first study identified risks in international oil projects And by correcting these risks based on the internal situation in Iran, 32 Risks affecting the country's oil contracts to foreign risks identified under two categories, external risks (Including: political, economic, legal, social and natural) and internal risks (Including: contract development, project financing, design, construction, operation, management).
