  7. Abstract:
  8. The purpose of this study is to study heterogeneous nanocatalysts for the production of biofuels by the method of exchange of styrene using oil and methanol as a fossil fuel alternative. Preparation of nanocatalysts, performing characteristic tests and investigating the reaction in different operating conditions in the batch reactor has already been studied. Therefore, in this study, the production of biodiesel fuel using the trans-esterification of canola oil with nanocatalysts in the micro-reactor reactor will be discussed. Previously, a heterogeneous catalyst (lithium based on calcium-lanthanum) was constructed using a co-incineration method and a wet inoculum, and as active and stable catalysts for the reaction of the exchange of stearized canola and methanol oil for the production of biofuels by the discontinuous reactor Was taken. Structural characteristics of the catalysts prepared by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction spectrum (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and Brunner, Ummah, Teller (BET) surface area studies to describe their structure and morphology Reviewed. The catalytic reaction product was considered a clean and appropriate alternative to fossil fuels after conducting reactive studies in a batch reactor under various operating conditions and evaluating effective parameters. In this experiment, under optimal reaction conditions (methanol-to-oil ratio of 10: 1, 5% by weight of catalyst, 65 ° C and calcite temperature of 700 ° C), the biodegradation efficiency of 3.54 minutes, this time in the micro reactor reactor, was 98.4%. This yield is calculated using GC-Mass Chromatography (GC-Mass), which is more efficient than similar studies. In addition, in the end, we compared the performance between the two discrete and micro-reactor reactors to produce biodiesel fuel at the same temperature and pressure with the Li / Ca-La catalyst.
