Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the effective factors on information satisfaction on customer online shopping behavior in Iran. In this regard, by reviewing the concepts of online shopping, customer behavior and information quality, using regression and structural equation modeling, we examined the role of the effective factors on information satisfaction on customer online shopping behavior in Iran.
