Abstract
Due to the numerous climate fluctuations and inefficient management of water resources during recent decades in Iran, the condition of some wetlands has become critical and the need for rehabilitation has increased. The importance of the wetlands and plains ecosystem have led to initiate some extensive projects to preserve and revive them.
