  8. In today’s world startups are receiving attention as they play a key role in economic growth and employment in different countries. On the other hand, globalization, rapid change and fierce competition have made the economy more knowledge-based, and this issue has become so special for startups that the main asset of startups can be considered their knowledge capital, including customer knowledge. Considering the role of knowledge in innovation and innovation in the growth and survival of a startup, customer knowledge can be considered an important source for innovation in the startups and also a vital factor for their survival. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of customer knowledge management on organizational growth by explaining the mediating role of organizational innovation in Iranian startups; For this purpose, considering the statistical population of 1200 active startups and determining the sample size using Cochran's formula, 291 startups were selected by simple random method and a questionnaire extracted from reliable sources was provided to test the hypotheses of this study. . Structural equations and partial least squares method and SmartPLS software were used to test the research hypotheses. Findings showed that the main hypotheses of this study, which include the positive and significant effect of knowledge management on organizational growth and innovation and the effect of organizational innovation on organizational growth as well as mediation of organizational innovation on the effect of knowledge management on organizational growth, are confirmed. Also, among the sub-hypotheses, the effect of executive innovation on growth as well as mediation of executive innovation in the relationship between customer knowledge management and organizational growth are not confirmed
