  4. The effect of intensity variation on the quantum densities of active medium and thermodynamic characteristics of a high turbulent flow CO2 laser has been investigated. Comparison between the calculation of constant and variant intensity on the quantum densities and thermodynamic characteristics of turbulent gas flow shows a ∼ 10% drop in the output power of the laser, which is only 50 cm long. © Sharif University of Technology, October 2003
