Abstract
Enzymes are biological catalysts that reduce the activation energy of a reaction in a short time and thus increase the speed of the reaction. The most common enzymes used in various industries, including the detergent industry, are lipases, amylases, celluloses, and proteases. Proteases are one of the most important industrial enzymes.
