  7. Abstract:
  8. Since the beginning of oil, gas and gas condensate production, the prediction of the formation of mineral scales in different operating conditions has been a serious challenge. Mineral scale are solid particles that are separated from the free water in the reservoir due to changes in the production conditions in terms of temperature and pressure or the fluid composition of the production fluid of reservoir, and there is a possibility of their deposing on the wall of the well column and in the production system, where The way of production from reservoirs faces serious risks. free water, which is permanently entering the pipeline, contains all kinds of salts in the structure of the fluid production reservoir according to the type of production formations. The salts entering the pipeline include all kinds of anions and cations, which increase the production life of the reservoir, and the production of these salts also increases. After reaching the saturation limit, precipitation starts from them and causes many problems in production. The use of commercial software and simulators is one of the conventional methods that are usually used to predict the conditions and amount of deposition of mineral compounds during the production and transfer of reservoir fluid in production systems. Most of the current simulators do not have the necessary accuracy in predicting the conditions for the formation of mineral scale and also do not have the possibility to study the effect of scale formation inhibitors or anti-scale. In this project, an attempt is made to prepare a computing module. In addition to the necessary accuracy in predicting the conditions of scale formation in the conditions of production from reservoirs, it also provides the possibility of studying the effect of anti-scale minerals. In carrying out this project, it is tried to use the real data of the formation water in the oil and gas fields of Iran, especially the data related to the South Pars gas field
