Abstract
In recent decades the structure of space systems has gained more complexity due to the development of space technology. Usage of larger structure in spacecraft could cause undesirable structural vibration. mNeglecting this phenomena would affect the performance of satellite subsystems specially the accuracy of satellite control subsystem. By implementing fractional order calculus in modeling of flexible satellite, the damping effect could be modeled better than classical damping model.
