  8. In order to observe natural gas turbine phenomena and predicting engine behavior, we need to have a comprehensive simulator in every engine phase of design and analysis. Because of the high cost of manufacturing and prototype experimental tests, it's beneficial to access a gas turbine engine simulator. As well it's hard to make change in a manufactured engine, while we can change a simulator easily.Gas turbine is simulating in zero, one, two and three dimensions. In this project, we have studied previous researches and according to problem, among all simulations, we have studied the ATEC simulation and its assumptions in this thesis. Of these, zero and one dimensional simulations are simpler than others, because those need less experimental data and information. In one dimensional gas turbine simulations, the "Euler Equations" in axial direction is been solved.In this thesis the one dimensional simulation for transient and dynamic conditions for an axial turbine, that have been designed by Milton Kofskey and Theodore Katsanis in Lewis research center (1975), has been modeled. In this turbine, that is located between a transition duct and exhaust nozzle, design parameters, including engine geometry, airfoil data and aero-thermodynamic parameters for in and out flow, pressure ratio and stage reactions are specified and we use them as code inputs. In this code inflow velocity and temperature, outflow velocity and engine geometry are code inputs. Exit static and total pressure, static temperature, corrected velocity and operational diagrams are code output. Simulation verification is done by experimental turbine test data
