Inter-fuel substitution in the household sector depends on whether their target energy use is similar or not. Purpose: Employees’ creativity is critical for the growth and survival of firms. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a motivational model of creativity to address the effect of an autonomy-supportive climate on employee creativity.
