    Abstract
In this study, quick route-coating is practiced to substitute methyl ammonium (MA) cation with formamidinium (FA) at different ratios. Through optimizing the MA:FA ratio, a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 8.31% is achieved for holes transporting material-free MA0.8FA0.2PbI3 mixed PSCs with the JSC of 19.02 mA/cm2, VOC of 0.859 V and FF of 50.88%. Then, to improve the performance, stability and carrier transport dynamic, various additives (PVA, PVP, PEG and EC) are incorporated into the perovskite layer. The treatment of perovskites with additives has proved to cause significant changes in the surface roughness, charge accumulation, charge transport, charge transport resistance,...

    Abstract
There are, to date, few general answers to fundamental questions related to the interactions of nanoparticles (NPs) with living cells. Studies reported in the literature have delivered only limited principles about the nano-bio interface and thus the biological behavior of NPs is yet far from being completely understood. Combining computational tools with experimental approaches in this regard helps to precisely probe the nano-bio interface and allows the development of predictive and descriptive relationships between the structure and the activity of nanomaterials. In the present contribution, a nano-quantitative structure-activity relationship (nano-QSAR) model has been statistically...

Role of BCP layer on nonlinear properties of perovskite solar cell

    Abstract
Organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskite materials have been most attractive for wide range of optoelectronic applications. Investigating the photo-response in these devices will be very useful to understanding cell performance in different conditions and applications. For understanding non-linearity photo-response we use the Bathocuproine (BCP) as blocking layer in two interfaces of inverted perovskite solar cell (FTO/NiO/BCP/Perovskite/PCBM/Au and FTO/NiO/Perovskite/PCBM/BCP/Au). Employing thick BCP layer (≈15 nm) caused s-shaped JV curve due to charge accumulation at interfaces. The nonlinearity effect was also explored for devices with s-shaped JV and established that device parameters...

Understanding the effect of chlorobenzene and isopropanol anti-solvent treatments on the recombination and interfacial charge accumulation in efficient planar perovskite solar cells

    Abstract
Organic-inorganic lead halide perovskites have emerged as very promising semiconductors with efficiencies exceeding 22% making them a serious candidate for next generation solar cells. All current high performance perovskite solar cells (PSCs), including the most recent world records, were achieved using the so-called anti-solvent method. Here, an anti-solvent, typically chlorobenzene (CB), is used to induce rapid crystallisation of a liquid perovskite precursor resulting in highly homogenous, pinhole-free planar perovskite films. While this has yielded very impressive high-performance results, few efforts have been dedicated to the fundamental understanding of the anti-solvent method. In...
