The model is derived considering the failure of main subassemblies and their parameters are calculated.     There are many approaches to fabricate nanoparticles reinforced aluminum matrix composites. However, uniform distribution of nanoparticle within aluminum matrix remains a difficult challenge. In this study, a novel method is used by taking the advantages from squeeze casting of semi-solid aluminum slurry combined with electromagnetic field to refine the microstructure of the primary Al and eutectic Si phase, plus to obtain uniform distribution nano alumina particles in the aluminum matrix.     In the present study, regarding the theoretical and practical aspects of nanoparticle capture in liquid-state processing of aluminum composite, different volume fractions of TiB 2 and TiO 2 nanopowders were incorporated into aluminum alloy via stir casting method. Hardness and sliding wear test were carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties of composites. The effects of wear load and reinforcement content on wear rate and friction coefficient of composites were examined.     The Mapping and Modeling Subcommittee of the US National Tsunami Hazard Mitigation Program convened a workshop in January 2017 to evaluate the present state of numerical models for the simulation of tsunamis generated by submarine or subaerial landslides.     The main focus of this study is to address the possibility of using molecular dynamics (MD) simulation, as a computational framework, coupled with experimental assays, to optimize composite structures of a particular electrospun scaffold. Two examples of such matrices are the condition-by-condition inner product and correlation matrix.     In this paper, we present a new adaptive contourlet-based steganography method that hides secret data in a specific or automatically selected cover image. Our proposed steganography method primarily decomposes the cover image by contourlet transform. Then, every bit of secret data is embedded by increasing or decreasing the value of one coefficient in a block of a contourlet subband.     In this study, the enhanced trichloroethylene (TCE) degradation performance was investigated by polyvinyl alcohol coated calcium peroxide nanoparticles (PVA@nCP) as an oxidant in Fe(II)-based catalytic systems. The nanoscale iron sulfide (nFeS), having an average particle size of 115.4 nm, was synthesized in the laboratory and characterized by SEM, TEM, HR-TEM along with EDS elemental mapping, XRD, FTIR, ICP-OES, and XPS techniques.     In this paper, a two-link flexible manipulator is considered. For a prescribed motion, Timoshenko and Euler-Bernoulli beam models are considered. Using the Galerkin method, nonlinear equations of motion are solved. The Runge-Kutta method is employed for the time response integration method.
