    Abstract
    The present study explored Iranian students’ perceptions of unfair instructor behavior in COVID-19 crisis-prompted online language education. Through an online open-ended questionnaire, 91 Iranian English as a Foreign Language (EFL) university students reported their beliefs and experiences concerning instructor injustice in online classes. Results indicated that about two-thirds of the students considered the nature of online courses, particularly their impact on student-instructor relational communication and favoritism, to be a factor leading to teacher unjust behavior.     We conduct a study on the problem of fair allocation of indivisible goods when maximin share [1] is used as the measure of fairness. Most of the current studies on this notion are limited to the case that the valuations are additive. In this paper, we go beyond additive valuations and consider the cases that the valuations are submodular, fractionally subadditive, and subadditive. We give constant approximation guarantees for agents with submodular and XOS valuations, and a logarithmic bound for the case of agents with subadditive valuations.     In this short paper, we study the deafness problem raised in the directional multi Gigabit transmission of IEEE 802.11ad standard which causes the devices to experience unequal chance of accessing the medium. We define three groups of Quasi-Omni (QO) antennas and propose two simple approaches to mitigate the deafness problem.     This paper models a novel and practical bi-objective hub-location problem under a centralized carrier collaboration framework between one holding company and multiple carriers. The holding company first establishes a hub-and-spoke network in order to locate p hubs and to assign the center nodes to the located hubs. Then, it allocates the transportation routes of the hub network to the carriers. In contrast, the carriers should select an appropriate vehicle type to serve the transportation requests in a green hub network.
