    LED Drivers with near 1 power factor, Because of using electrolytic capacitors (to become flicker-free) have lifetime drawbacks.     In this article, out-of-phase thermo-mechanical fatigue (TMF) behaviours of light alloys were investigated in comparison to their high temperature low cycle fatigue (LCF) behaviours. For this objective, strain based fatigue tests were performed on the A356 aluminium alloy and on the AZ91 magnesium alloy. Besides, TMF tests were carried out, where both strain and temperature changed. The fatigue lifetime comparison demonstrated that the TMF lifetime was less than that one under LCF loadings at elevated temperatures for both light alloys. The reason was due to severe conditions in TMF tests in comparison to LCF tests. The temperature varied in TMF test but it was constant under LCF loadings....

    Abstract
    We introduce a new third generation of solar cell structure which inserts different-sized quantum dots in the active region of a pin structure. Generating an intermediate band in the bandgap of the host material makes a good overlap with a part of solar spectrum. The effect of the recombination mechanisms on efficiency and currentvoltage characteristics of this intermediate band solar cell is calculated. We deduce that the increase in recombination lifetime of the excited carriers can improve the characteristics of this structure. This result can be a route which helps us to take the effect on solar cell characteristics into consideration

    Abstract
    The generation of a single and stable picosecond pulse by distributed feedback dye laser is investigated in this work. The numerical result for the rate equation system that includes the thermal effects in the lasing medium is provided. By applying this model to Rhodamine 6G, it is found that considerable improvement in the stability of the laser can be achieved by pumping the system with narrower laser pulses. The simulation shows that if the dye solution is pumped by sub-200 ps pulse, the laser can be operated in single-pulse output mode with acceptable stability in pulsewidth over a long range of pumping intensity.     Data aggregation is a technique that is used to decrease extra and repetitive data in cluster based routing protocols. As we know SPEED routing algorithm is based on service quality and dose not perform data aggregation. In this article, we try to add an data aggregation technique to the available techniques without interfering with the functions of previous ones. The idea involves virtual configuration of sensors and specification of an individual ID to the created data by the sensors in each region, then data aggregation in relay node is done by this ID, resulting in less energy consumption, lower traffic and repeated data, an increase in network lifetime and better quality of service
