    Abstract
    It is well known that the fluctuations of electromagnetic fields in vacuum or in material media depend on the boundary conditions imposed on the fields. This dependence gives rise to forces which are known as Casimir forces, acting on the boundaries. Casimir forces between similar and disjoint objects such as two conducting or dielectric bodies are known in most cases to be attractive.¬¬ These forces are sometimes viewed as the macroscopic consequence of Van der Waals and Casimir-Polder attraction between molecules.     Abstract
    In this thesis, we study two important quantum effects at deSitter spacetime and using the Schrödinger field theory, the power spectrum of massive non-interacting, minimally coupled scalars in a fixed de Sitter background would be obtained. To calculate the N-point function in Schrödinger field theory, the ”in-in” formalism is extended in the Friedmann- Lemaître-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) universe. This formalism in such picture would have a crucial role for evaluating the correlation functions of those quantum states naturally written in Schrödinger picture. We compute the three-point function for primordial scalar field fluctuation in the single field inflation by this in-in formalism. The...

    Abstract
    There has been a growing interest in studying asymptotically AdS space times given the AdS/CFT conjecture. Among different models finding the one which decribes broader phenomena is important.The importance of a dynamical metric stems from the fact that one can see thermalization in its dual description. We introduce a dynamical metric and study apparent horizon formation and energy evolution as well. We plot its appparent horizion curve and show that it aproaches the static limit within our numerical accuracy. We then review quasi-normal modes of this space time

    Although general relativity is the underlying assumption in modern cosmology, there are still many simplifying assumptions neglecting higher order general relativistic effects. Given the precision cosmology and future surveys and the amount of data on large scales, higher order relativistic effects are to be taken into account. We will consider two categories of relativistic effects on large scale structures. First, the inhomogeneities between the source and the observer may lead to observable effects neglected so far.     Abstract
    Boundary conditions on a background field can change structure of quantum vacuum such that cause the attraction force between two parallel ideal metal plates. This is known as the Casimir effect, and it has dynamic aspect that seen by changes in the position of the boundary conditions imposed at the time. In the static case, creation and annihilation of virtual particles leads to system pressure that can be negative (attraction) or positive (repulsive) with respect to parameters such as the shape and topology, the materials used in and temperature.
