    This paper proposes an asymmetric model for urban public transportation networks. Predictive techniques are being developed, to allow advanced modeling and comparison with historical baseline data. The current trend is toward fewer costly microprocessor modules with hardware memory management and Real-Time Operating Systems This model is formulated as a linear programming problem using LP-solvers and is developed and simulated for a large metropolitan area of Tehran, Iran.     Energy consumption and predictability are two important constraints in designing real-time embedded systems and one of the recently proposed solutions for the energy consumption problem is the use of non-volatile memories instead of conventional SRAM due to their lower leakage power consumption and smaller cell area. Furthermore, because of their non-volatile nature, the use of these memories helps normally-off computing and energy harvesting systems to resume their execution without a large startup delay.     This paper is concerned with the tele-operation of autonomous vehicles over analog Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel, which is subject to transmission noise and power constraint. The nonlinear dynamic of autonomous vehicles is described by the unicycle model and is cascaded with a bandpass filter acting as encoder. Using the describing function method, the nonlinear dynamic of autonomous vehicles is represented by an approximate linear system. Then, the available results for linear control over analog AWGN channel are extended to account for linear continuous time systems with non-real valued and multiple real valued eigenvalues and for tracking a non-zero reference signal....

    This paper presents a new technique for the state estimation and reference tracking of nonlinear dynamic systems over the packet erasure channel, which is an abstract model for transmission via the Internet, WiFi wireless network and ZigBee modules. A new encoder and decoder for real time state estimation of nonlinear dynamic systems at the end of communication link when the measurements are sent through the limited capacity erasure channel, are presented.     Power consumption, performance and reliability are the most important parameters in modern safety-critical distributed real-time embedded systems. This paper evaluates and compares different schedulability conditions in faulttolerant Rate-Monotonic (RM) and Earliest-Deadline-First (EDF) algorithms, with respect to their power efficiency.     In this paper, the robust bounded-input bounded-output stability of a large class of linear time invariant fractional order families of systems with real parametric uncertainties is analyzed. The transfer functions contain polynomials in fractional powers of the Laplace variable s, possibly in combination with exponentials of fractional powers of s. Using the concept of the value set and a generalization of the zero exclusion condition theorem, a theorem to check the robust bounded-input bounded-output stability of these families of systems is presented.     In this paper, the performance of five classifiers in P300 speller paradigm are compared. Theses classifiers are Linear Support Vector Machine (LSVM), Gaussian Support Vector Machine (RSVM), Neural Network (NN), Fisher Linear Discriminant (FLD), and Kernel Fisher Discriminant (KFD). In classification of P300 waves, there has been a trend to use SVM classifiers. Although they have shown a good performance, in this paper, it is shown that the FLD classifiers outperform the SVM classifiers.
