    Abstract
    Given the increasing global demand for propylene and the inherent limitations of traditional production technologies, the development of efficient, economical, and sustainable catalysts for the dehydrogenation of propane has become a strategic necessity in the petrochemical industry. In this study, with the aim of enhancing the performance, stability, and selectivity of cobalt-based catalysts, two types of catalytic supports—zeolitic ZSM-5 and mesoporous silica MCM-41—were employed. Various metal species, including Sn(II), Sn(IV), Cu, Zr, Zn, Ba, and Mn, were incorporated into the support structures via doping or dealumination methods.
